Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus Edinburgh by IHG

We were in town for a softball tournament. Our games were right down the street at 722 S Eisenhower. Hotel was clean, room was clean, bathroom super clean. Pool area was well kept. Hotel had the smell of new carpet. We ordered pizza for the team and enjoyed the outside seating area. The staff was helpful in lighting the gas fire pit. Overall great place to stay.

I stayed here with my children coming back from a trip so that we could shop. The location was close to the outlet mall, the room was very clean, and everyone was helpful. The pancake maker wasnt working and someone helped us get it going and even brought out the pancakes. The only issue we had was a trucker had parked their cab outside our room and turned it on and off throughout the night which was a bit noisy, but this was not an issue with the hotel itself.

Great hotel! Clean rooms, clean everything, as a matter of fact. Good breakfast. Good location. Convenient to the interstate and restaurants/ gas stations etc. Definitely a great place stop stay if you're in the area or just traveling through. Costa coffee in the lobby/breakfast area!

Stayed here with my husband while he was on work training. It was quiet. Pool was nice. Breakfast buffet wasn't bad. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Not sure why it has such a low rating honestly. Close to all amenities.

We stayed at this location with 21 HS kids for FFA Nat’l convention. The rooms were super clean and spacious enough for 6 kids per room with the double rooms with a pullout sleeper sofa. The breakfast was really good with many options and they served it early enough to accommodate all the kids leaving the hotel by 6am for the sessions. Location is great with shopping and food choices within close walking proximity.

Hotel is lovely! Staff is incredible! The breakfast ladies were so friendy and kept the area very clean and made sure all the food was refilled. They offer coffee anytime! Any requests I made were met promply and with a smile!

I love this IHG property. It’s cozy, clean, with wonderful staff. The breakfast is just the best. I know they get the same stuff the other IHG properties get, but it’s just better prepared and served. The hospitality in the beautiful dining room is second to none. Even the outdoor area is special- it’s airy, spacious and so relaxing. To top it off, easy access to the hotel right off I-65. I always look forward to visiting here. So relaxing.

This is an exceptional hotel. We have stayed at this hotel the last three years while traveling back from Florida. I was able to check in an hour early with no problem at all. I was greeted with a friendly smile and a fantastic personality. My room was clean and the beds very comfortable, I even got a call from the front desk asking me if everything was satisfactory and if I needed anything. We also got a 10 percent discount at the local restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel.
